PARTICIPANT RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT, by the "Participant(s)", to release and indemnify Sussex Sled Bugs Snowmobile Club, Inc., and all of its members, prospective officers, directors, shareholders, agents, contractors, representatives, servants, employees, successors and assigns (collectively the "Proprietors'), as set forth below.

Participant(s) desires to engage in events and activities associated with Proprietors. Participant(s) acknowledges that there are dangers and risks of injury inherent in these various activities, but still desires to participate in them. Therefore, Participant(s), for and in consideration of the opportunity to participate in Proprietors' activities, and for other good and valuable consideration, does hereby forever release, acquit and discharge Proprietors from any and all claims, actions, causes of action, demands, rights, damages, costs, loss of service, expenses, and compensation whatsoever which Participant(s) may hereinafter incur on account or in any way growing out of any and all known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, bodily and personal injuries and/or property damage, or the consequences thereof, resulting from any accident, casualty, or event involving the Participant(s) and arising out of activities associated with the Proprietors.

In releasing Proprietors from any negligence, the undersigned agrees that said negligence may include dangers associated with cookouts and food preparation. It is understood and anticipated that Proprietors engage in activities related to food preparation, both for itself and in conjunction with various other organizations. That said use of food preparation involves the use of dangerous cooking facilities that may cause injury to Participant(s) due to the negligence of Proprietors or others. That said food preparation often requires the use of cooking facilities that may be dangerous in themselves, not adequately maintained or used, or adequately supervised. Participant(s) understands these risks and releases Proprietors from any negligence connected with these activities.

Participant(s) understands that the use of snowmobiles themselves is inherently dangerous. That people are frequently injured while riding snowmobiles due to the negligence of others. Participant(s) agrees that in participating in snowmobile related events, there is the risk of serious injury from others operating snowmobiles, or due to the failure to properly mark or maintain trails, properly supervise activities, properly warn Participant(s), or properly oversee events. That it is known and anticipated that Proprietors may not exercise that degree of care and skill necessary to properly handle the aforementioned events. Participant(s) understands the dangers connected with snowmobiles and releases Proprietors from any negligence related to said activities. Participant(s) also realizes that there are various other activities, including parties, picnics, participation in parades, rafting trips, trips to sporting events, dances, and other activities. That the running of said events also entails some risk due to transportation, or other activities associated with the particular locations of these events.

Further, and by way of indemnity, Participant(s) hereby expressly understands and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Proprietors from any and all further claims or damages, costs or expenses incurred by Proprietors, their employees and agents, as a result of any accident or injury which might occur while Participant(s) is engaged in club activities and which may result from the negligence of Participant(s), his/her employees or agents, or any combination thereof. This release shall remain in effect for two (2) years, or until such time that the undersigned does notify Proprietors in writing that he or she no longer intends to be bound by the terms of this release.

The undersigned has read and voluntarily signs this release in waiver of all liability and indemnity agreement. The undersigned also certifies that the information on the other side is correct, all snowmobile(s) owned are registered with the State of Wisconsin and carry Liability Insurance.
